Had such a nice time at this place! The Queen Room was clean, with a comfy bed and a mini fridge. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and relaxed by the fire pit every night. There were grills available for cooking. The views down to the water were pretty, especially with the boats going by.

The fire pit area by the river was simply magical 🌅! Perfect for relaxing evenings. Just wish the shower head was a bit better. Overall, a lovely stay!

The property offers a clean, comfortable room that fulfilled our needs for one night. Sitting by the outdoor fire pit allowed for a relaxing evening by the river. The Adirondack chairs provide a great view of boats traveling on the water, enhancing the overall experience.

The check-in process felt a bit disorganized, but it didn't overshadow our overall enjoyment.

Water pressure in the shower is too low for a proper rinse!!! The bathroom is cramped, making it slightly inconvenient to move around!!! Could also benefit from clearer signage for housekeeping preferences!!!

We had a wonderful time sitting by the fire pit and enjoying the refreshing pool during our recent stay. The beds were super comfy, and we appreciated the small fridge in our room for snacks. The only hiccup was that we initially booked a cottage but had to switch to a smaller room, which made things a bit cramped. still, it didn’t take away from our cozy experience! 😊

We had a terrific stay here! The outdoor pool was refreshing. The fire pit was a cozy spot to unwind after a day on the river. However, there were a few steps to navigate down to the water, which was a bit of a hassle, but I would definitely come back again!

The Westwinds offered a clean, cozy environment with stunning sunset views and a friendly atmosphere. Although room #1 is quite noisy due to road traffic, the amenities like the heated pool and communal bonfire area made up for it. A pleasant getaway overall!

the bathroom was a little snug, but we loved the nightly campfire by the river and the well-kept picnic area. the propane grills were perfect for cooking dinners. it truly felt like a home away from home.

It was just a commendable fit for shopping in Clayton with value for price. We enjoyed a nice campfire with others by the river. Bring your own coffee if you want more than instant.

west winds motel & cottages is a lovely spot! the host was super friendly and made our stay even better. the grounds are scenic, and it's just a short 3-4 minute drive to everything. we loved the well-kept queen room and the nice touch of flowers waiting for us.
